Holo's inventory management system provides real-time visibility into your product inventory, from harvest through packing to sales. It automatically tracks inventory changes and integrates with harvest records and sales orders.
Automatic Inventory Tracking
Inventory is automatically updated when:
- Harvests are recorded
- Products are packed
- Sales orders are fulfilled
- Inventory adjustments are made
- Products are moved between locations
Inventory Views
View your inventory in multiple ways:
- Current Inventory: See what's available right now
- By Product: View inventory levels for each crop and variety
- By Location: Track inventory across different storage locations
- By Quality Grade: See inventory broken down by quality
- Projected Inventory: View expected inventory based on harvest forecasts
Adding Inventory
Inventory is typically added automatically from harvests, but you can also manually add inventory:
- Navigate to Inventory → Add Inventory
- Select the product (crop and variety)
- Enter quantity and units
- Set quality grade if applicable
- Specify storage location
- Add harvest date and any notes
- Save the entry
Inventory Adjustments
Sometimes you need to adjust inventory for various reasons:
- Product loss or spoilage
- Quality downgrades
- Inventory corrections
- Transfers between locations
All adjustments are logged with timestamps and user information for traceability.
