By accessing or using Holo's farm management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Holo's platform for your farm management operations. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the platform
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempting to reverse engineer any software contained in the platform
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform. By using our services, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data as necessary to provide our services.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Holo or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, even if Holo has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
