If you're experiencing issues logging into Holo, try these solutions in order.

Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for password reset instructions
  4. Follow the link to create a new password
  5. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder

Incorrect Credentials

If your login credentials aren't working:

  • Double-check your email address or username
  • Ensure Caps Lock is off
  • Verify you're using the correct password
  • Try typing your password in a text editor to verify it's correct
  • If using Google/Microsoft sign-in, ensure you're selecting the correct account

Account Locked

After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked:

  • Wait 15-30 minutes before trying again
  • Use the password reset function
  • Contact support if the account remains locked

Browser Issues

Browser-related problems:

  • Clear browser cache and cookies
  • Try a different browser
  • Disable browser extensions temporarily
  • Ensure JavaScript is enabled
  • Update your browser to the latest version

Third-Party Sign-In Issues

If using Google or Microsoft sign-in:

  • Ensure you're logged into the correct Google/Microsoft account
  • Check that third-party cookies are enabled
  • Try signing in directly with email/password instead
  • Revoke and re-grant permissions if needed

Account Not Found

If you receive an "account not found" error:

  • Verify you're using the correct email address
  • Check if you need to be invited to an organization
  • Contact your administrator to verify account status
  • Ensure your account hasn't been deactivated
