If you're experiencing issues logging into Holo, try these solutions in order.
Forgot Password
If you've forgotten your password:
- Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for password reset instructions
- Follow the link to create a new password
- If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder
Incorrect Credentials
If your login credentials aren't working:
- Double-check your email address or username
- Ensure Caps Lock is off
- Verify you're using the correct password
- Try typing your password in a text editor to verify it's correct
- If using Google/Microsoft sign-in, ensure you're selecting the correct account
Account Locked
After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked:
- Wait 15-30 minutes before trying again
- Use the password reset function
- Contact support if the account remains locked
Browser Issues
Browser-related problems:
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
- Disable browser extensions temporarily
- Ensure JavaScript is enabled
- Update your browser to the latest version
Third-Party Sign-In Issues
If using Google or Microsoft sign-in:
- Ensure you're logged into the correct Google/Microsoft account
- Check that third-party cookies are enabled
- Try signing in directly with email/password instead
- Revoke and re-grant permissions if needed
Account Not Found
If you receive an "account not found" error:
- Verify you're using the correct email address
- Check if you need to be invited to an organization
- Contact your administrator to verify account status
- Ensure your account hasn't been deactivated
