Managing Team Members
Once team members are added, you can:
- Change their role or permissions
- Assign them to specific fields or crops
- View their activity and contributions
- Deactivate their account if they leave
- Resend invitations if needed
Best Practices
- Start with minimal permissions and add more as needed
- Use field assignments to limit access to relevant areas
- Regularly review team member access and remove inactive users
- Train team members on their role and responsibilities
- Use the activity feed to monitor team activity
Mobile App Access
Team members can access Holo through:
- Web browser (desktop or mobile)
- Mobile app (iOS and Android)
Field crew members especially benefit from the mobile app, which allows them to record data directly from the field.
💡 Pro Tip
Create a standard onboarding process for new team members. Share relevant help articles and provide training on the features they'll use most.
